Returns & Refunds

  • Please note that we cannot process returns or provide refunds on Apothecary orders once physically mailed out of our business office, due to the nature of these products being perishable, like food. This is largely driven by FDA requirements for shipment of items for human consumption in interstate e-commerce trade. Thank you for understanding!

  • Please report damaged goods immediately, and save the original packaging in the event that a claim is filed. Please take photos of the damaged box and damaged products and please email herzogholistics@gmail.com with photos, your address, and order number if you have it, for a replacement of any damaged goods. We will ONLY replace clearly damaged items in your order at our complete expense. We will not provide refunds -- just product replacement. We will not replace non-damaged items in your order.
